ActivMend Promise

We promise to honestly answer any question about what ActivMend works on and what it does not. We would rather lose a sale than your trust.

✅ ActivMend is Effective for the Above Injuries

ActivMend is exceptionally effective for acute injuries, delivering dramatic swelling reduction and quick recovery. It’s built for sprains and strains of the ligaments, tendons, and muscles in the knee, ankle, foot, hip, shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand.

For recent chronic injuries, ActivMend can be highly effective—provided permanent tissue damage hasn’t occurred. It’s crucial to use ActivMend to fully heal these injuries to prevent long-term collagen degradation.

🚀 Start using ActivMend at the first sign of injury. However, ActivMend is effective days, weeks or months after injury.

🕒 For the first 48 hours, make sure to fully cover the joint. For Ankle sprains, place 2 patches next to each other around the joint for the first 48 hours. After the first 48 hours, continue using at least 1 patch until healed. Always replace the patches every 24 hours.

⚡ Using more patches can help you heal faster — and there's no risk of using too many.

⚠️ What ActivMend May Not Work For

ActivMend can help with chronic (ongoing) soft-tissue injuries by reducing swelling and supporting faster recovery—especially when used early. In fact, it's important to continue using ActivMend until the injury is fully healed to help prevent permanent damage.

However, if the injury does not respond, it may indicate tendinopathy or stage-3 permanent degenerative damage. These long-standing cases—most commonly seen in Achilles tendinopathy, plantar fasciitis, and golfer’s or tennis elbow—are beyond what ActivMend can heal.

If your back pain is due to a muscle strain, ActivMend can help by reducing swelling and supporting faster recovery.

However, if your pain comes from a herniated disc, arthritis, or other structural conditions, ActivMend won’t resolve the root cause. It may offer some temporary relief by reducing surrounding inflammation, but it is not effective for treating degenerative or disc-related issues.

ActivMend can ease pain and swelling from a fracture — but it doesn’t help bones heal faster. Additionally, if the fracture is severe the pain and swelling due to the fracture may completely overshadow anything ActivMend can do for the sprain

ActivMend does not help with shin splints.
