No. Cutting an ActivMend patch will result in decreased efficacy.

Avoid excessive moisture by covering the patch completely when showering or temporarily removing the patch. Store your ActivMend patch in a sealed plastic bag to retain moisture and re-apply to dry skin as soon as possible for best results.

Each ActivMend patch should be worn for 24 hours.

The standard ActivMend protocol is five consecutive days, replacing each patch after 24 hours.

Yes, you can exercise while wearing an ActivMend patch; however, it may shift or loosen due to sweating. We recommend temporarily removing your patch if you are doing vigorous exercise and storing it in a sealed plastic bag. Re-apply to dry skin as soon as possible for best results.

Your ActivMend complete recovery kit comes with one roll of self-adhesive athletic wrap and one roll of kinesiology tape. Apply patch directly to the site of injury and secure with the athletic wrap or tape. Avoid wrapping too tightly.
