I have a grade 3 ankle sprain and an avulsion fracture of my inner ankle. I am 9 days out from the day I did it and my swelling is drastically gone, along with the pain. I know the instruction do not say this is appropriate for facial use but I had a facial procedure done know to cause a lot of bruising. I usually have bruising for 2 weeks. I used Activmend on my cheeks for the 24 hours after and now on day 3 after the procedure my bruises are already green- not the dark purple that I would expect to lag on for weeks. This is an amazing product I wish that it came in a face mask shape. I will keep this on hand for my face, as well as for my kid's sports injuries.
