I got this for a strained hamstring and a very sore calf. It was uncomfortable walking for 20 minutes last Saturday. After using this walking felt normal again and after 5 days of using this, I ran a mile and felt pretty good. I will definitely buy this again. Thank you Dr. Joe!

I can’t get enough of these patches! I first bought them for my daughter’s ankle after she sprained it in soccer. The difference in healing time was insane! Then we started using them for any and all pain, swelling, and bruising. I found they helped some persistent knee injuries of my own, one of my teens had very inflamed cystic acne and saw major reduced redness and swelling, and of course, more sprained ankles (this time pickleball!). I tell everyone about them and now have several friends and family members who keep these on hand for healing sports injuries. One sister suffered from debilitating plantar fasciitis, and successfully hiked the entire Havasu Trail because of these patches. So far so good, we’ve been using it for four days. This was our first sprained ankle, so I’m not sure how long it would’ve taken to heal without it, but with tryouts only a week and a half away we didn’t want to risk taking any longer than it has to.

My daughter sprained her ankle weds and she is doing so much better 6 days later. Her PT was impressed and I am hopeful she will be well enough for her dance nationals this Sunday after using it.
